What are the General Rules?
Any lead resulting in a NetGator sale will award the referral provider the equivalent of one month’s monthly recurring revenue.
All services qualify.
Customers must register the referral on the Referral form below.
If a referral results in a NetGator sale, cash payments will require the referral provider to submit a Form W-9.
Who is eligible to make a referral?
With the exception of NetGator employees and Channel Partner agents, anyone is eligible to participate.
What is an eligible referral?
Any referral that is not currently involved in a NetGator sales process or is a former NetGator customer. Qualifying referrals must be new customers for NetGator.
What are the payment limitations?
Qualifying referrals earn one payment per opportunity. When a referred customer completes the order process, the referring party receives a payment equal to the first month’s service contract revenue.
When are referral payments processed?
After order completion documents are delivered to the new customer, NetGator will email the referrer a qualification for payment award. At this time, the referrer must submit a W-9 form to NetGator to receive payment.
